Elena Pérez Vasco (Spain/Entertainment) and Cecile Stola (France/Education & Training)

Elena Perez Vasco (NE): “Finally, I will say that this experience is motivating and necessary, since it shows you how the real world works and what the problems are that arise. I highly recommend it, whether you have a clear idea of your project or not, because here you can answer many questions: It has been a pleasure to share my experience and I hope I can encourage someone else to live this opportunity.” Weiterlesen …

Estefania Fuentes Mederos (Spain/Wellness) and Dietmar Goetz (Portugal/Entertainment)

Estefania Fuentes Mederos (NE): “I learnt to communicate with confidence in front of a camera and to negotiate with sponsors to create win-win situations. This program is not a program – it’s an experience and helps you be clear in your mind and heart about what is that you want to offer to the world. I can’t be more grateful for all the people I met and all sponsors I found who believed in me and supported me in building my value proposition to investors.” Weiterlesen …

Alexandra Alexandru (Romania/Entertainment) and Christoph Gschier (Austria/IT and communication services)

From Christoph’s point of view, it is essential to know the language of the country. Although a lot of communication happens in English, the working language in his company is still German. Therefore, that might hamper an exchange in some stages as a lot of information is given in passing. The exchange became a very fruitful one and Christoph was happy to gain new insights from Alexandra, to have started new business concepts and at least helped her with her future business. Muhamer Mustafa (North Macedonia/Entertainment industry) – Corona Story

My relationship with my Host Entrepreneur started on the 10th of February of this year. We had a strong start working towards our goals because my business plan matches my HE’s current business model. I got to the chance to learn great information from the beginning, and it was like a dream coming true. One week after, the government of Italy locked down the Lombardy region, by this time me and my HE were already looking for ways on how to prepare in case of a lockdown in our region, that of Tuscany. In our commitment that we prepared before our relationship started, we did agree on working on Marketing strategy and Financial planning for the first half of our EYE relationship, so for us, there was a possibility to work remotely together on our weekly schedule without sacrificing much of our goals. Overall, I would say that we have been affected in two areas, the first, not having a daily routine at the studio and not being able to share information in the place, while working. And the second was, we had to apply some changes and try to adapt in the new situation, that includes the workspace and also using new tools in communication, by changing and adapting the frequency of our interactions to the situation, on a daily basis.
