The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme was a pivotal experience in my journey towards sustainable tourism entrepreneurship, as, under the mentorship of Carlos Picanço at Futurismo Azores Adventures, I was able to hone my skills in sustainable strategy and project management as well as gaining a profound understanding of the delicate balance between tourism and its diverse impacts on communities, the environment, and animals.
