Erika Glescic

A registered dietitian with a strong commitment to health, Erika Glescic participated in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) program in 2022. During her five months in Edinburgh, Scotland, she was mentored by a successful host entrepreneur with extensive experience in the field. This period not only enhanced her entrepreneurial skills but also allowed her to improve her professional skills and gain a different perspective on the work practices. Her career as a dietitian is marked by a dedication to providing evidence-based nutritional advice and support to her patients. In addition to this role, she also serves as an Alumni Coordinator at the University of Primorska. In this role, she engages with the alumni community, fostering connections and collaborations that benefit both the university and its alumni. Her dual roles enable her to blend her expertise in nutrition with her skills in community engagement, contributing significantly to both the health and educational sectors.
