25+ years experience in developing new business for international companies, where I was in charge of several executive management roles including general management and board member. Working both in industrial and financial environment, I’ve had the opportunity to acquire a wide experience on how to make the companies grow dimensionally and in terms of profitability. I’ve been in charge of several international projects of new companies build up, sales network set up, new markets acquisition and products development. These experiences allow me to gain a wide knowledge about business development issues and to open my own consultancy company in 2009 specialized in two different areas: •projects for companies : internationalization process, turn around management , re-organisation and governance; •projects for start up and incubators: business model definition and business plan realisation support also as European Community Business Consultant.
