The purpose of the financial support to the New Entrepreneurs (NEs) is to contribute towards travel costs to and from the country of the stay and subsistance costs (in particular for accomodation) during the visit. The financial support is paid by the Intermediary Organisation (IO) to which the NE submitted the original application. The amount of the financial support and related details are subject to an agreement between the NE and the IO.
Funding is available for stays up to 6 months abroad in total (which can be splitted in different stays with a minimum duration of 1 week). The minimum length of a total stay abroad to be eligible for funding is one month (or 4 weeks).
