To use the application on iPhone, you have to follow the 3 steps below.
1.) With your Safari browser, go to http://www.open-eye.net/app.
2.) Tab "+" at the bottom of your screen to display a menu. Here, tab "add to home screen" to save the app on your home screen.
3.) Go to your home screen and start the app. Depending to your connection speed you have to wait for several seconds to let the app save its data to your local storage so you can use it in offline mode.
