Q) Why does the app not work in offline mode?
A) You should give the app several seconds to let it save its data on your local storage. On iPhone, you have to start the app from your home screen so it will save it's data.
Q) On which devices can I use the app?
A) You can use the app on iPhone, Android phones and every other device running Safari or Google Chrome web browsers.
Q) The pictures are not displayed in offline mode.
A) Please wait a little longer to let the app save it's data to your local storage.
Q) When I reinstall the app the changes I made at the previous version are still in the new one.
A) Please delete the OPEN-EYE.net Checklist database on your mobile device.
On iPhone: Go to Settings -> Safari -> Databases. At the right top corner of your screen tab edit and delete openeye.

Q) Does this app access any personal data on my device like contacts, mails, pictures...
A) No. The app only accesses your storage to save its data.
